Your privacy is important to us. So important, in fact, that we've designed our site to collect as little information as possible. We do NOT use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook/Meta pixels, or any other third-party tracking scripts. We do not use tracking cookies on our site.
Access Restriction: This site does not support traffic from the European Union or European Economic Area. We do not knowingly collect, track, or sell to those regions. If you are visiting from the EU, you are advised to leave immediately. We kicked you out in 1776; nothing's changed.
Server Logs & Security: Like most websites, our server (WPX) and security/CDN provider (Cloudflare) may collect basic, anonymous or pseudonymous information like IP addresses and browser types for security monitoring (like blocking threats and bots) and basic, non-identifying traffic statistics. Purchases: Products and Downloads: Our PDFs are provided for free via direct download links. We do not require a purchase or the collection of payment information for these assets. We do not see, collect, or store any personal or financial information for these free downloads.
High-Ticket Services: Payments for our premium services (Web Programming) are processed via a secure QuickBooks payment link. We do not see, collect, or store your bank or financial information directly. All payment data is handled by Intuit (the owner of QuickBooks) according to their privacy policy.
Your Control: Since we don't collect personal information there is no account or profile data to manage on our site.
Referral Information (Optional): Our service forms may include an optional field asking who referred you (e.g., "Referred by (Ambassador)"). If you choose to provide this information (a name or company name), we use it for the purpose of administering our Ambassador Program, such as tracking referrals and awarding service credits to our partners. This information. Providing this information is completely voluntary.

For all digital products, including our downloadable PDF guides, all sales are final. NO REFUNDS are provided for these items.

Kirby CEO may, at its discretion: Invite qualified clients or entrants ("Ambassadors") to participate in our referral program. Participation is voluntary.
Referral Discount: Authorized Ambassadors may offer a professional courtesy discount (currently valued at $200 USD, subject to change) to colleagues or businesses they refer to Kirby CEO ("Referred Client"). This discount can be applied by the Referred Client towards their first purchase of a qualifying Kirby CEO service. To receive the discount, the Referred Client must state the full name or company name of the referring Ambassador in the designated field during the signup process.
Referral Credit: When a Referred Client successfully signs up and pays for a qualifying Kirby CEO service, and has correctly identified the referring Ambassador, the referring Ambassador will receive a service credit (currently valued at $300 USD, subject to change) added to their Kirby CEO account.
Credit Conditions: Referral credits are service credits only. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
Credits can be "stacked" (accumulated without limit).
Credits can only be applied towards The purchase of future Kirby CEO services (such as Precision Site builds, D.O.G.E. Takeovers, or Ads Management services. Not paid placements of ads on any 3rd party sites or retainers).
Kirby CEO reserves the right to modify or terminate the Ambassador Program, discount values, or credit values at any time without prior notice. Eligibility for credits is determined solely by Kirby CEO based on successful referral verification.
Changes to Terms: We may modify these ToS at any time. Notice will be provided on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law: These ToS shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Delaware.
AI/Automation Disclosure: The content on this page or in our Products may have been created with the help of AI or automation tools.
This site and these Terms of Service are written in English. This is the **only** official and binding version.
